The Next Step in Executive and Business Coaching often include coaching that enhances leadership skills, effective communication, personal performance and growth, motivating and inspiring your staff, team development, and creating strategies for building your business and growing your organization.

New Agreements Coaching and Coaching with Intent^SM goes beyond traditional coaching parameters and seeks to align Coaches and Coaching more closely with universal and spiritual principles in conjunction with the power of systems thinking. Based on the work of Don Miguel Ruiz in The Four Agreements, the New Agreements Coach Training and Leadership Institute has brought this work into the business and coaching environment..

The New Agreements Coach Training & Leadership Institute was founded to provide for the continuous education and evolution for Coaching at higher levels of awareness and effectiveness -- Coaching with Intent^SM -- to support the release and expansion of the creative human spirit that lives in every Coach -- and every Client. This type of learning/coaching is not for every coach. It’s more for those who are somehow being pulled by a desire to grow and evolve professionally, personally and spiritually.
