Betsy Cerulo, M.S.I.H.S. is a Certified Mentor Coach and Facilitator through the New Agreements Coaching and Leadership Institute. She is also the Founder and CEO of AdNet/AccountNet, Inc., a successful Strategic Staffing Firm located in Columbia, Maryland, which was started in 1990. Betsy's exposure to Coaching came in 1993 when she retained the services of Joanne Dunleavy, an Executive Coach and leadership specialist to work with employees in the organization as well as focus on her own leadership development. This powerful partnership accelerated the growth of AdNet/AccountNet and navigated change through diverse economies, opportunities, and challenges. As a result, AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. has been recognized as one of Baltimore's Top 50 Women Owned Businesses since 1994 and continues to be a staffing leader in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area.

Betsy is a recipient of the 2005 BRAVO! Entrepreneur Award given by Smart Women CEO Magazine. Betsy was selected as Maryland's Top 100 Women in Business. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of The Catholic University of America's School of Arts & Science. She is a recent past board member for Chase Brexton Health Services. CBHS has made great strides in AIDS awareness and HIV prevention. Betsy was Past-President for the Maryland Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners; Past-Vice Chairwoman for the Maryland Better Business Bureau and the National Council of Better Business Bureaus.

Betsy recently graduated with honors from Capital University of Integrative Medicine with a Masters in Integrative Health Science. Betsy's passion for understanding the human system from a whole and integrated perspective of mind, body, and spirit inspires her coaching style.
