All three weekends are full weekends which begin on Friday morning and complete late Sunday afternoon. They are held in beautiful, supportive, and enriching environments.

This accelerated program includes many opportunities for growth and opening. We will include powerful processes for visioning, drumming, knowing one’s rhythm, sweat lodge ceremony, connecting with and living one’s purpose, and integrating vision and voice -- and much, much more!

This Certification Program includes practice in the creation and building of powerful and sacred relationships, essential to Coaching with Intent^SM. These relationships are designed to promote acceleration, growth, and breakthrough. To coach at this level requires a level of personal and professional mastery, and will include the practice of The Masteries of Awareness, Transformation, and Intent. Also included are skill and competency building in New Agreements Coaching with Intent^SM, key distinctions and tools for Systems-Based Coaching. Focus is given to The Path of the Coach and Leader which includes one's inner journey and expansion of self-awareness. This 6-Month Transformational Coaching Program is designed to be A Next Step in Coaching and for experiencing life at greater levels of awareness and contribution.

The continuing next step in the Institute's Advanced Work is Mastery. We are here to become aware of and to create our boundless inner worlds as manifestations in our outer worlds.
